Quality is the cornerstone of Zhejiang Zhongrui Auto Parts. We operate under a stringent quality management system, including being IATF 16949 certified. Our quality control process is integrated throughout every stage of manufacturing, from raw material inspection to final product verification. Key aspects of our quality control include: Raw Material Inspection: Ensuring incoming materials meet required specifications through rigorous testing. In-Process Monitoring: Implementing checks and controls at each production step to maintain consistency and identify deviations early. Dimensional Accuracy: Utilizing precision measuring equipment to verify critical dimensions and tolerances according to international standards (DIN, ISO, GB/T, etc.). Mechanical Property Testing: Conducting tensile strength, yield strength, hardness, and other mechanical tests to confirm performance meets standard and customer requirements. Surface Treatment Verification: Checking plating thickness, corrosion resistance (e.g., salt spray testing), and finish quality. Final Inspection and Packaging: Performing thorough final checks before packaging to ensure zero defects are shipped.
